Alicia's room

I have 2 bedrooms available- The house is beautifully remodeled. There is a couple living in the upstair apartment that are super chill. They have a separate entrance and I hardly hear or see them. The walls are very sound proof. I love living here because it’s 10 min from downtown Salt Lake and it’s a nicer area in Rose Park neighborhood. It’s a very open space as you can see from photos. There is a small, medium, and large room. I currently live in the smallest & plan to move into the big room. The price is divided up by size- $805, $850, $905. All utilities included. The security deposit we initially paid a year ago gets extended until the lease is broken, so there is a $750 deposit for each tenant(1500 total). We do pay $10/month divided for the Ring camera as well.

I have been living with my 2 roommates for 2 years now and I will miss them a lot. One of them is getting married and the other is looking to move with a closer friend. There’s never been drama and our house is usually pretty tidy and clean! We don’t throw parties but occasionally have friends over to pregame for the bars for the weekend. Message me if interested! :)
