The bathroom is shared, as is kitchen. Washer/Dryer in apartment.

You will be responsible for 1/2 the utilities. Unit will be Month-to-Month per complex management. New owners purchased so renovations are being done. Rent has already been raised from management, so no worry for that.

So I am a 38yr male that works for Warren Wilson College in the IT department. In my free time I am working on mastering further computer systems to aid my career. I also am an avid gamer and electronics enthusiast.

I am originally from NY but moved in the area about 20 years ago and have stayed since.

I am not really sure what to put here. I have recently mutually ended a 10 year relationship that we just felt were holding each other back. So I am looking for new friends, and if you don’t want a new friend, I am a quiet person that is looking to better themselves with their new chapter in life.
