It’s a smaller room. No closet in either of the rooms unfortunately. The apartment itself is modest but pretty sizeable, especially the kitchen. Great location to Lehigh University, casino and southside Bethlehem. Street parking. Would be sharing with myself and my cat Bob who was adopted declawed and is now 10 years old. Carpeting throughout except in the kitchen. Would be willing to trade rooms as well depending on preference since they are both same size- One just has a window. You may decorate as you wish through out the apartment. Ample kitchen storage. Community coin operated Washer Dryer located in basement. $1.25 washer and $2 dryer. Utilities are included however may split electric in winter depending on increase. Average electric is $50 in summer and $100 in winter. Internet/wifi included. 30 day notice to move out. Lease end in January 2024. Will be looking elsewhere if you’d like to partner up. Would consider renewing on 6 month term.

I work a 9-5 during the week and I usually am out and about on weekends. Just putting my spare bedroom up since I’m not using it for much else except storage. May as well see if anyone could make use of it.
