Hi! My roommate Brynn and I are looking for someone for our house come August 1st. We live in a 3-bedroom townhouse in Arnold. It has decent size common areas & a spacious basement. The bedroom available is the master w/ a walk-in closet & access to your own bathroom. Rent is $750 a month not including utilities.

Here’s a little about your potential roomies Brynn: I am 23 and work as a nanny for two boys. I am very laid back, clean and respectful! I am quite the introvert but when I’m not alone I enjoy thrifting, listening to live music, museums, and hiking!

Abby: I am also 23. I work in Edgewater as a middle school English teacher. I am a respectful and tidy roommate, who Ioves to talk and hang out! I like to craft, dance, play games, watch tv, shop ( mostly window shop) go to museums, and spend time outdoors :)

We both moved here last August and actually met through this group! Our 5-9 after our 9-5 typically includes watching tv, and attending workout classes. On the weekends we enjoy eating out & exploring other areas!

We are looking for someone in their early to mid-20s that have similar work schedules. We are looking for someone who is inclusive to all and who is clean and kind. We also prefer to be friends with our roommate(s), so looking for someone who shares similar interests and is open to being friends/friendly!
