I have available 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom in a 3 bed 2 bath house. Parking is available on the driveway and street. House is located 4mi away from MVC and 6mi away from UCR. Rent is $950 with all of the following included: Internet, water, gas, electric, washer and dryer, and kitchen appliances. You are welcome to use the living room smart TV, which includes Netflix, Prime, and some TV shows. Bedrooms are fully furnished, including bed, linens, and storage space. Common areas are also fully-furnished, including living room, dining room, and kitchen. No guests over 48 hours. No illegal drugs. No drama. I’d really like someone who is respectful and cleans after themselves.
