Linna's room

We have a good-sized and furnished bedrooms in a high ceiling house for rent, monthly rent is $800. No pets, no smoking and no drug. You have your own bathroom. This is a lake view community, beautiful, peaceful, quiet and convenient, close to Hwy 6, Fort Bend Parkway & Sienna Parkway, minutes to Walmart, HEB, Kroger, high rated restaurants, etc., 25 mins to Downtown Houston or Medical Center. Amenities included are shared kitchen & living room access, all utilities paid, personal bathroom, high-speed internet. The backyard has direct access to the lake for leisure activities. Preference towards females who will be respectful to the place. Keep your bedroom and bathroom clean, simple cooking, clean up after yourself in kitchen. No parties, and quiet hours after 10pm. Will require credit/background checks, proof of income.

We are couple staying downstairs. My husband is a professional engineer who works on regular hours, I used to work in accounting field, and I stay home and take care of my family now.
