Calli's room

I have the master bedroom coming up for rent in my 3 bed 2 bath home. It has a nice sized closet, window looking into the backyard, attached bathroom, and it is fully furnished! The property is very private with no close neighbors. The house is about 15 min from Lindale & 15 min from Downtown Tyler, 15 min from UT Tyler, and 17 min from Tyler Jr. College, so it is a great middle spot! I recently renovated the home so the inside is modern & fun! The living room, kitchen, and dining is an open floor which makes the space feel nice & big! There is a semi-circle drive which makes parking super easy.

My name is Calli & Im the homeowner. I am getting married in March & will then be moving in with hubby! I have two roommates that rent the far rooms across the house. No parties, smoking/vaping, or males spending the night. I want to respect each girls safety & privacy. The house has a great kitchen & cozy fireplace! I’ve also got two big raised garden beds in the backyard that can be planted in! Looking for someone who is clean, respectful of the house & each other, and is friendly!
