Shadow Glen Boulevard

I have a room to rent in my 4 bedroom house in Manor, ShadowGlen community. Looking for a working professional. Has a bed. Has a closet. The bathroom has a shower and tub.There’s side street parking. You can use the backyard too. Utilities are included (have selected them already). I am pretty flexible and a communicator. Cleanliness is a must. It’s just me, another roomie (female) and my 2 dogs. They are friendly.

Communicative. Clean. No smoking. Straightforward. I work from home. The other roomie is on the first floor. She works with an optician. Everyone keeps to themselves. We do greet each other. Maybe exchange on how the day went. If you need time by yourself in the living room we let each other know.
