No additional animals, please. No full time Work From Home, 1-2 days a week OK. Reasonable trash and WiFi use included (no torrents, Servers or file sharing). Electricity, water/sewer will be shared. Parking TBD depends on size of car. Parking is available at end of street if you can’t fit your car in the driveway.
