About the room
We have one bedroom available in our three bedroom condo next to Sanborn Park. Rent is $725/mo. The bedroom measures 15’9” x 11’9”. Tenants pay all utilities. Deposit is also $725.
There is ample outside parking. The one and one-half bathrooms are shared. Large living space, kitchen, dining room, and outdoor patio space. Laminate flooring throughout. This is an end unit, with a nice shaded grassy area. Close access to a park, volleyball, lake and shopping. New HVAC. Your room is not furnished but the rest of the space is.
Even though we’re cannabis friendly, please note there is no smoking of cigarettes or marijuana inside the unit.
About the roomies
Your roommates are fun and outgoing, 29 year old woman that works at Fuzzy’s as bartender/manager. She is social and yet also enjoys her private alone time so will completely respect yours as well! The other roomie is 23, male and works later hours. Both are great individuals.
