Hi! We are looking for a new roommate for our extra bedroom and bath located in the basement with a semi shared family room.

The space for rent is one bedroom, bathroom and family room on the basement level with kitchen and main living room on main floor. Furnished with bed, roku, couple other pieces and dresser. The room has a nice sized walk-in closet and is big enough for a queen bed. There is a private bathroom for the renter that no one else uses. The living room in basement level is a semi shared. It is currently fully furnished. The laundry area is located on the top level and kitchen is fully equipped.

This is a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath 3 levels with 2 living rooms and a beautiful backyard with a hot tub. Street parking in front of house.

Roommates are myself, my wife and our 2 grandkids (they often leave for school breaks and summer for visit with family). We are very family oriented and extremely busy with after school sports etc. We very seldom entertain guests other then family. I own a cleaning business, work full-time and am going to school online. My wife works in memory health care 50+hr weekly. Kids are in many after school activities and our lives are very busy.
