Master bedroom with a walk in closet and private bathroom. Big windows. Spacious. Access to half bath on the first floor. Communal living spaces in the living room and dinning room are fully furnished, including couches, a TV, and a dining room table that can fit 4. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including toaster oven, coffee maker, air fryer, 5 burner stove, large fridge/freezer, and microwave. The location is next to the Delaware River and there are river views from the living room, along with well-maintained walking paths around the neighborhood. High speed internet at $24 per month, utilities range from $30-$100 (changes month to month due to use; water, WiFi, and electric bills are monthly). This will not be a sublease, your name will be added to the current lease that ends in July 2024. We are looking for someone that can fulfill the lease until its end.

You will be living with a couple in one room (23F/23M) and a 30 y/o female in the second room. They are amazing, smart, and funny people. They keep to themselves mostly as they have the busy schedules of a teacher, a chemist, and a financial lead. They will invite you to eat dinner with them. They split chores and are very cleanly, and share household expenses like cleaning materials, toilet paper, and paper towels (however if you don’t want to share these materials with them, that is fine!). My husband and I would have loved to stay, but we are moving closer to my husband’s job and need to find a replacement roommate for our current roomies! We are sad to leave, but we are excited to find an amazing new roommate to take our place. We hope to hear from you soon!
