About the room
We have beautiful hardwood floors throughout the apartment. Full size closet, shared bathroom but it’s decently size, pools at the apartment(one is at our building), parking included, balcony, ceiling fans in all rooms, 2 story fitness room open 24hrs. You would need to qualify to take over my share of the lease so be prepared with 2 paystubs please. Lease is up late April 2024 :)
About the roomies
1st roommate is a GCU graduate, cat lover, loves taylor swift, likes to spend time at the pool, loves to cook and clean. 2nd roommate is a current student, also a cat lover, loves all music, easy to talk to, like to color/draw.
