Busy traveling professional looking to rent out an available primary bedroom in my 1700 square ft condo in Ann Arbor. At present, there are two friendly gentlemen who have lived in the greater Ann Arbor area for some time renting two of the bedrooms. They are 30+ in age, nonsmokers, work long hours, and tend to be on the quieter side. The common areas (kitchen,1.5 baths, and living room/dining room) are kept tidy and both are very respectful of each other and the condo spaces. Utilities are split and include internet, heat, and electricity. I am looking to rent the room out as early as March 31st, 2023, but no later than May 1st, 2024
