Priscilla's room

Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share a townhouse with two other people (myself included) on Glenn and Oracle. The room available is $600; roommates would share a full bathroom. The room has a large closet and a ceiling fan. House is furnished except for the bedrooms. Utilities (including wifi) are included in rent except for electricity which would be split 3 ways. Roommate will have its own covered parking spot in carport and have room for storage in an outdoor shed.

I am 29 years old and currently work at the University of Arizona. My other roommate, Alexa is a mutual friend of mine and she has a cat named Kitty. We are looking for a third roommate who is chill, respectful and clean. The property is 10 minutes from the university so it’s an ideal place for students.
