This is a private bedroom within a 2-bedroom apt. The room is for 1 person.

Partially furnished with a mattress and beautiful wood desk with drawers.

Available August 15th, 2023. 12 month lease preferred. To reserve the room, you must sign a sublease at least 1 month before move-in.

Rent is $1490 per month, utilities included. If you have a car, you’ll have the option of a private parking space in a gated garage for an additional $20/mo. Free street parking is also available.

The move-in cost is 1st and last month’s rent (no security deposit).

Great quiet neighborhood. Convenient for grocery stores, cafes, and public transportation.

Non-smoking apt. Washer-dryer on every floor.
