Looking for someone join me and re-sign a lease at renewal Sept 1st ( move in prior if possiable )…I have a 2nd smaller bedroom in a 2 bdrm..1 Bath with water included…( women are cleaner when it comes to the bathroom…I didn’t say neater LOL 😎)…split the Electric internet etc…..Bdrms are on opposite sides of the Apt, ( apt is completely funished, not spare bdrm though ) large living room, fireplace, Gym, Pool, galley kitchen. No real storage, but garage storage is available on site for a cost, was 75 not sure at the moment.

I’m low drama, smoker and 420 friendly ( by the fireplace since technically it’s not allowed in property 😎.) My work schedule is..out the door by 645am and back around 4pm…noramlly I door dash most week nights, and get home around 7, chill for an hour or so, then call it a night and start over….easy going.
