Katy's room

we are looking for someone to fill up an extra room in our house, available for immediate move in. it is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, two-story house located in Poway. you will have a private bedroom, a detached shared bathroom, and access to all the common areas. the room is for a single adult occupant only, no kids or couples, no exceptions. the rent is $1,100 without utilities included plus a $1,000 deposit when you move in. all new appliances were just installed along with new AC and heating. there is plenty of parking and space in the garage for storage. there are two shared full bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. we have 2 dogs already and we can’t have more than that so we need someone without any pets. we don’t mind occasional guests in the household including occasional overnight guests and we’re 420 friendly and don’t mind having it around as long as you’re respectful of us and the property and only smoke outside of the house and clean up after yourself when you do.

There’s currently 4 of us and we’re all in our 20’s. We all work and 2 of us are also currently going to school so we are looking for a clean, respectful, working professional or student with a similar schedule to fill the room.
