I have a large furnished room with its own private bathroom available for rent June 1. It has a queen bed, desk, and dresser and small bookshelf and has a lot of light. I am looking for a short-term renter, from 2-5 months, who is quiet and responsible, and is not home too often, as I sometimes work from home myself. Grad students or interns are a great fit. I am a female professional who is very quiet, and the area is very quiet as well. There is also a charming cat here, so make sure you have no allergies. I ask non smoking, no drugs and no parties. The deposit is $600 to hold the room. Rent is due the first of the month. Utilities are extra and split 2 ways. A 30 day notice is needed before moving out.
