Hi! I am moving out of Savannah and preferably looking for a female to take up my private room with an attached closet available in a stunning remodeled 2bed 1bath apartment. The apartment has all new necessary appliances, including washer and dryer, and has an attached backyard with set-up patio furniture and a grill for your use. The best part? The house has a LOT of storage especially in the kitchen and bathroom and has plenty of ceiling lights (all with dimmers!) I am also willing to sell off my beautiful full-size bed, mattress, extremely spacious study table and super comfortable huge office chair to whoever takes up the room at throwaway prices. The place is a 5 mins walk from SCAD Anderson Hall and a 12 mins walk from Kroger and Dollar Tree. The rent would be $950/month per person, which includes water and trash pickup. You’d additionally be responsible for only Electricity and Wi-Fi which is usually about $50/month per person. The place is available from June 15 (slightly flexible), and you’d get your own lease from day one at no extra cost. You have the option to either rent the place till August 31, or let it go on for the whole year. You can decide that as you go! Thank you!

You’d be sharing the house with one other female student who is super quiet, responsible, clean and considerate.
