Private room available in a newly remodeled ground floor condo near Wake Forest, perfect for a student. The room has a walk-in closet and lots of space, currently unfurnished but furnishings can be provided. The condo has 2 bed, 1.5 baths, a nice kitchen with new appliances, spacious living area, a sun room, and laundry machines. All utilities included, including internet. We are currently working on furnishing the place. 10-12 month lease. No pets, but hypoallergenic service animals will be considered. No couples.

I am a graduate student at UNCSA. I’m generally a quiet person, but I like to be friendly with roommates. I like to be clean, especially in the kitchen because I have food allergies.
