We are very close to OSU campus, and we are a few blocks from Monroe Ave. We have movie nights, game nights, and have created a little family in this house. We have a covered balcony with seating and some lovely plants, as well as a chill space to hang and sesh in our garage. The unit includes a washer and dryer, a fully-furnished living room and kitchen (with a dishwasher), and AC and heating. There is also great access to street parking. One roommate owns a cat, and his name is Ion. He’s very friendly, well-behaved, and prefers to be an only child (the only free-range household pet). The available room is 12.5 ft x 8.2 ft with a large window and a sliding two-door closet with built-in shelving. You’d be sharing a bathroom with two other people on the third floor.

We are all students with very different interests (vet sciences, ocean sciences, digital art, and many others). We collectively enjoy crafting, movie nights, chill parties, and music. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is a team player and is willing to contribute to keeping our living spaces clean and habitable, with a generally positive vibe. We appreciate open communication and would like our next roommate to be able to directly communicate their needs.
