About the room
The room is not a huge room but it includes a closet and the windows face the street. My house is 1000ish sq/ft. The living room is large and there is a spare room for an office. There is one bathroom that is shared. Washer and dryer. There is lots of space for parking. There is an attached garage that is currently being used for tenant storage. My house is on a quiet street and most things that you would need are a walking distance away.
