Room to rent. Comes with a separate but dedicated bathroom. Parking is available (Driveway & Garage), and the house has a lovely backyard with a lemon and a grapefruit tree. The washer and drier have been replaced this year. The living room and kitchen are shared (and already fully furnished)

I am a Software Engineer working at an SF Tech company, currently hybrid with one day a week in the SF office. In my free time, I enjoy Weightlifting/Crossfit, and I have a pretty decent home gym setup. As contrast, I am a casual gamer and former TTRPG player (But have not played for couple of years due to lack of a group/time)
