APARTMENT - The apartment is located on a corner, so we get plenty of light all day and all year long. You get the big bedroom that has a walking closet attached that could be used as an office (it has windows). The small bedroom is for me, but I also have a small office. Laundry in unit, plenty of storage room, safe place to leave a bike, surfboard, skies or snowboard. The bathroom is small, but although it is shared, it’s located far from the rest of the rooms. The apartment is fully furnished, except for your room. I have a big tv, home theater, xbox, netflix, hbo, and a record player. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is plenty of cabinet space.

AREA - The apartment is in Noe Valley. It’s a safe area; never a package got stolen. It’s located in above a coffee shop and it’s the only apartment in the building. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. The apartment is on a nice slow street, so you’ll see a bunch of people walking their dogs and kids. It’s a block away from the J line and bus 24. 10 min walk to the mission, 10 min walk to Noe 24th strip.

PARKING - Parking on the street, no permit needed. In general, parking is pretty easy, but it depends on cleaning days (twice per month)

Utilities are not included, and they fluctuate between 120 and 250 (each of us) depending on usage and garbage (it happens every 3 months)

I’ve lived here for 2 years with my dog. She is a sweet small border collie/aussie mix. She will always welcome you with a wagging tail and excitement. I’m a 35yo designer and work most of the time from home. I cook fast meals, so I don’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I’m tidy and clean, and although I vacuum often, you can expect hair from my dog. I mostly use the speakers when I’m alone. I don’t mind wearing headphones, although I hope we can share some time together!
