This property is located in Clarkston, Mi. Access to lots of shops and activities. The property has one giant room available that is unfurnished but has private bathroom, access to laundry and other amenities such as kitchen and refrigerator ect. Upstairs is strictly off limits. Will be responsible for half of electricity, gas, garbage removal and internet.
About the roomies
Pet friendly, 420 friendly. I have kids and they are with me every other weekend so must like kids. I don’t mind a little partying on occasion but NEVER with me kids around. Ever. I work weird hours so its common for me to be active more at night.
