Rent includes utilities (Wi-Fi, water, PG&E, garbage). The community has basketball court, swimming and jacuzzi pool, play ground and club house. Street Parking only. No drugs, no smoking no pet, no guest. Clean, easy going and light cooking. One person occupancy only. Close to down town, Walmart, Target, Trader Joe’s, Walgreen, CVS, Safeway, Home depot, wineries, HWY 101, dining & shopping. Rent is $1,150 plus security deposit $1,150 upon moving in. This is a female household and a female roommate is preferred. Month to Month lease. There are 3 people–my sister, her husband and me, in this town house. We usually stay in our own room , so you won’t see us often except meal time. We all work at IT solution tech company in the Bay Area.
