Jared's room

I live in a 4 bedroom house with a large yard(~3500 sq ft). It had heating and AC, an electric oven, and a washer and dryer. There is a large living room space that opens up to the kitchen and eventually the yard. I live right by front range community college so about 10 minutes from old town.

It’s just me and my 1-1/2 year old German shepherd Jagr(named after the famous hockey player). We are a chill bunch except for when he’s getting excited to greet you or goes outside to play. Besides that I keep the house pretty tidy, workout, run, go hiking, game a bit, play ice hockey and enjoy some night life/drinking on the weekend. I work remotely and travel once a month so there is a dog sitter that comes monthly to take care of the pup.

Last but not least, I’m 25 and moved from outside of Philly about 5-6 months ago. I have been looking at places to live on my own and may very well do so but I’d like to stay in this location - so I figured I’d give this a shot to see if I can work it out with a roommate.
