Wallace Drive

Ranch with a deck and a large yard in a wooded area where deer and turkey like to hang out. It’s very quiet most of the time save for when the dogs in the area get riled up. Attached single car garage is a bit of a mess since I’ve just moved in but I do plan on getting that cleaned up. Says shared bathrooms, but there’s actually two bathrooms that get used interchangeably, so it can be like that or have dedicated bathrooms. The bedroom itself is rather small truth be told, but there is the front room that is not being used for anything so you’d also have that extra space.

It’d just be me, I don’t have any pets. I do like animals, but I don’t feel like I’d be able to take proper care of one right now. I can understand being put off bc “guy wants girl roommate”, but I’ve had guy roommates a few times over the years and it hasn’t been enjoyable to have to constantly clean up after everyone. I spend a lot of time on my computer playing/streaming games or working on projects, or I’ll watch TV/play games in the back room. I’m generally pretty mellow but I feel like I can also be a bit obnoxious sometimes. I tend to keep everything neat and clean for the most part, there are definitely days where I just don’t care enough to clean up the house but it’s never a disaster.

I also tend to host when I hang out with my friends or for family brunch, and you’re free to hang out too.
