Beautiful brand new home in gated community. Has a community pool, private boat dock and hiking trails. Rent includes wifi, utilities and access to washer/dryer and full access to kitchen.

3 bedrooms available. Each for $800 a month or $1400 for two or $1700 for all three. I’m quiet, super laid back guy and easy going. Looking for roommate(s) that are as well. Anyone is welcome but sorry no kiddos or pets. Queen size or twin size beds would fit nicely. One room with private bathroom but no shower but this room has a futon that makes a nice queen bed and nightstand. Shared bathroom has shower and bathtub with large granite countertops. Very private and quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful and peaceful back yard.
