Hey everyone! I have fantastic room available in a spacious house and I’m looking for a responsible and friendly roommate who adores dogs, as I have two senior canine companions. Here are the details:

🛏️ Bedroom: The cozy room is on the top floor which my dogs are not allowed to go. So you’ll have all the privacy you need to make it your own personal sanctuary.

🚿 Bathroom: The bathroom is conveniently located right next to the bedroom. It’s clean and well-maintained, ensuring your comfort and convenience. The bathroom is shared between the rooms.

🧺 Laundry Room: No more trips to the laundromat! We have a laundry room on the same floor, making it super easy to take care of your laundry needs.

🚗 Parking: Street parking is available, so you’ll have no trouble finding a spot for your vehicle.

💰 Security Deposit: There is a $600 security deposit to ensure a smooth and worry-free living experience for all tenants.

💲 Rent: The monthly rent for room is $1100 with 6 months lease, this includes all utilities such as water, gas, electricity, and high-speed internet. You won’t have to worry about any additional expenses.

📍 Location: The house is conveniently located in a great neighborhood with easy access to amenities, shopping centers, and public transportation.
