About the room
I am renting out a room in my 2 bedroom 3 bath apartment. There is also an upstairs loft and the apartment is 1,400 sq ft. I’m not renting out the loft as I want the extra space. It’s $750 a month and you can pay an extra $25 for a parking spot. I will want a background check and proof of income. I’m easy going though.
About the roomies
I’m 24 years old, I work at Wyld (a cannabis edible company) and travel around the state for work. Cannabis friendly obviously and tolerant of everyone. I cook a lot and prefer things to be kept neat. I have an old cat who’s chill as a mf and gets along with everyone. No violent dogs. There will be an additional $25/month for pet rent if you have one.
