About the room
This is a very large and beautiful home 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is a 5 min walk from forsyth and 10 min walk from downtown. It has a park close by and is walking distance from Anderson Hall. Utilities like water, electric, and wi-fi are billed separately but split between roommates. It also has a large porch that looks out to the park and is a great spot if you like to watch the rain fall.
About the roomies
Everyone in the house either works mainly or goes to SCAD. We all keep to ourselves and the house is big enough so that no one really bothers anyone else. Currently having a Couple move out after graduating. Also everyone in the house is VERY cannabis friendly.
