Morgan's room

This one-story, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is located in a quiet neighborhood in Cane Bay. This property is close to many stores and restaurants in the Nexton/Summerville area. Rent is $600 a month with a $300 security deposit. The lease agreement requires a background check and at least two months of verifiable income. The rent includes your room, bathroom, utilities, internet, driveway parking, washer/dryer, access to the kitchen, access to common areas in the house, HOA-maintained pool, and running, and biking trails. The yard has a privacy fence and a fire pit. Your room includes a desk, a floating tv stand, and a wall mount for a TV. No smoking. No cats or dogs. Will allow no more than 2 small pets including (but not limited to) guinea pigs, birds, and reptiles. Each small pet adds $25 to the monthly rent.

I am an easy-going and easy to get along with person. It’s just me and my fur babies living here. I currently work in education, and I am a full-time graduate student. An ideal roommate would be easy-going, respectful, and keep a clean and tidy place!
