I am renting a furnished room in my new home in St Cloud, FL. The room has a closet, a queen bed with a comfy mattress, and 2 night stands. In front of the room there would be a spacious bathroom for you. All utilities are included (Electric, Water, and Internet) You would have access to the kitchen, your own fridge, washer and dryer, there is parking right in front of the house. The community has a pool that you can also have access to. My house is 12min away from Lake Nona. Restaurants, supermarkets, and hospitals are close by as well.

I am 31 years old engineer, my schedule is hybrid so I will be home sometimes. I have a 1 year old pug, she’s really friendly and well trained. I’m looking for a responsible and clean roommate. I don’t smoke so smoking is not allowed in the house or around my house, no drugs, and no parties. Since I already have a dog pets are not allowed. The room is only for one person. There will be a $600 (refundable) deposit and a $200 (non-refundable) cleaning fee.
