3 Bedrooms, fenced-in yard with garage available in nice neighborhood, nice neighbors, Livonia schools. (There’s a high school and elementary school within a mile.) I’m renting two of the three upstairs bedrooms. I’m all set up with a living room/bedroom and half bath in the basement so the upstairs would basically be exclusively yours besides when I’m cooking/eating. (I love to cook and would be willing to cook dinner/do your grocery shopping if you pitch in for groceries.) Upstairs is furnished, I just bought a new L-shaped sofa. Also, there’s lots of storage space in the basement and garage. Fire pit and chairs in the back yard as well as a picnic table. Bonus: we already paid for our membership to the rec center and i can add you for free! (That place is awesome! Pool/waterslide, rock wall, full gym, sauna..)

I’m a 44 year old female who moved here with my sister and her kids after her divorce 5 years ago. I have MS and had to quit working but it allowed me to basically be a full-time nanny for my sister/her kids which i adored. She’s now moving in with her boyf but i’m staying. I have 1 adorable cat who you’re sure to fall in love with. 😍
