Karen's room

It’s a new construction home and 10min from Winthrop University and 35 from Charlotte, NC. The rent is $750/month and that will include all utilities. The room is fully furnished (only bedding and pillows not provided) as well as common areas so there’s no space for more furniture unless it can fit in room. I prefer short term rentals (usually do AirBnb) but I can do long term.

Currently female roommates. Me, I am 27 years old from Peru and have a sweet tabby cat so no more pets allowed. The other roomie is 30 and she’s from Colombia. I am also an NC real estate agent. I do usually work in the office if not then I work from home.
