our home is a family home we have several room options….

option 1: we have a furnished large private room available. rate is $1100 monthly all utilities included. please ask for availability for your specific dates you need.

option 2: we have a furnished private room available ((however its a closed off living room area converted into a private room just for you. please note theres no real door to the room however there is a tall privacy curtain acting as a door. 3 bedroom walls are regular walls & the 4th wall is made of tall wood shelving)). rate is $950 monthly all utilities included. please ask for availability for your specific dates you need.

all rooms have microwave & mini fridge & smart tv. desk, chair, closet/dresser, nightstands & queen bed. all rooms are shared bath with 1-2 other tenants. deposit range from $0-$500 depending on credit. cleaning fee is $100. note, pet fee will apply if you have a pet.
