Comfortable 10’ x 12’ room availability for responsible roommate. Three windows offer fantastic natural light and ventilation. Property has spacious backyard with avocado, lemon, and blood orange trees (pick all you like), central air, private driveway, and in-house laundry. Utilities not included, but are split evenly between tenants, and usually come out to $100 per person per month. Property is right next to the 91 freeway, and a short trip from the 710. Central to many fantastic restaurants. If you want to find anything to eat, you can probably find it within a 20 minute drive.

There are three people currently living here. I work from home, and when not working will generally be out with my partner, or out playing board games with friends (in house game nights are not out of the question). Your room neighbor is a quiet guy who generally keeps to himself. There is a third roommate, who will be staying in a separated area in the living room. He’s a little odd, but in an odd “you know a lot of random facts” way.
