Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances my roommate who I had lined up had to move out of state. So I am once again seeking an awesome roommate for the townhouse I’m renting in Highlands Ranch. I am on my 3rd renewal (4th renewal is coming up June 4th) I love it here! 

 I’ve been living alone for a bit since I haven’t found the right fit for a roommate. 

3 story/2 bed/2 bath/2 car attached garage. (Quiet area in Highlands Ranch)

About the location: If you like being smack dab in the middle of power walking, minivan driving, Xanax popping suburban mom areas.. man do I have a great spot for you to live. With king soopers, taco bell, and the liquor store within walking distance you will never go hungry or sober…

About the place: If you like using the stair stepper at the gym say no more! This luxurious townhouse has 3ish flights of stairs from the 2-car attached garage. With 1700sqft there is so much room for activities! Your own bathroom includes all the necessary equipment to keep you clean & for your potty pleasure. Thanks to my best friends Tyler & Linsey we finally have built in surround sound guaranteed to piss off the neighbors… (actually, the neighbors are pretty cool & we can’t hear them.)

About you: looking for another like-minded individual who is not about the party life. I was an ex flight attendant so completely understand the flight attendant/ pilot traveling nursing lifestyle & can respect you working weird hours. I always communicate/ask before having guests over (which is rare) and would appreciate the same.

Upgrades: I have recently upgraded the garage to open with my cell phone. (This can be added to your phone) Blink doorbell cam & entry cam have been installed. The landlord has upgraded the microwave & what would be your rooms ceiling fan. I am also planning on installing smart blinds to work with Alexa as I get the money. 

Money: Your portion of Rent/Water/Sewer/Trash/Recycle/HOA/Gas/Electric/Internet would be $1350) Your room can come furnished for $1550

1. No you can’t use both parking spots for your 2 vehicles in the garage… forcing me to park on the street…

2. No I don’t want people partying over here…

3. No drug use & installing a whip it machine is not cool..

4. Yes I do mind if you don’t shower..

5. No your boyfriend & his dog can’t come over here every night & live here too…

6. No I won’t sign your release paperwork from a mental institution, and lie to your mom for you..

7. No.. 7 emotional support animals will not work out

8. No this is a 2 bedroom so you + 3 kids are not appropriate

9. No… I do not want to date you

10. No.. I will absolutely not send money to you in Nigeria

About me: I work/sleep/eat/work repeat. If you try to wake me up before 10am or see me starting my work day before then it’s best to avoid me because I will look like the spawn of Satan. I usually clock 10-16hr work days. In my free time I enjoy short walks to the fridge, bingeing the office & new girl, & cooking. I do enjoy the occasional dinner party every 6 months. I have 2 kitty’s who love attention. (Landlord will only allow 2 animals so no other animals are permitted) I own 2 business. Residential cleaning company & event production company. I am gone a lot in the summer so if you are available to help with the cats that would be great, otherwise I can have a friend come in if I’m gone for a while. :) I hopefully will be opening a venue soon too! As you can tell working a lot requires a lot so I need someone respectful of cleanliness & being able to relax when I am home.
