Lumikula Street

This is a beautiful house located in a safe and quite neighborhood. The house is split in 2. I live on top floor and someone else on bottom. It is about twelve hundred square feet total. It has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. My room has the half bath so ill do most of getting ready in there but i will still have to shower in other bathroom as well as washer and dryer being in there. As stated above it has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and the room has an AC unit, as well as whole house. I ask that you just be mindful of the AC usage so we can try and keep the power bill within reason. You’ll have parking very close to house. It comes with wifi and the eight-fifty includes everything. I ask for someone who is respectful, responsible, preferably quite, clean, drug free, and i almost never have anyone over so i don’t want anyone else coming over but if there needs to be an exception just ask. It’s pretty good size so we shouldn’t run into any problems. We just have to share the bathroom a little bit. The room has good size closet and has matress. Any other questions let me know.
