Detached unit in the back of the main property. There is plenty of space for the bay area, with a yard and attic for storage. Internet is fine for working from home, there’s parking in the driveway and street. Close to many various food and shopping locations as well as Costco and Safeway. Near to both 680 and 800. I can give you the old Zillow link form when I moved in on request.

It’ll be you and me; if you’re a couple that’s fine and we can work out rent later. There’s plenty of space in the kitchen and living room for three or four, but you’re not going to host many parties here. The place is in a quite neighborhood with no crime or noise. The current renters in the main unit are a delightful couple who’s kids moved out so it’s a nice relaxing place.

Landlord pays for sewage and trash, and sends the bills for water and power. We’re in charge of internet with hookups long in place. The unit has AC.

Just me, a 33-year-old single government worker, and my cat. Most of the time, if I’m home, it’s holed up playing games or watching something; when I’m out it’s out to go hiking, camping, or hang out with friends. I enjoy cooking and I have a fully stocked kitchen with a pellet smoker out front. There’s not much more to say about me, I like to keep to myself and I try not to be hard to get along with.

My cat is the definition of a scardy cat until she decides she like you and then you’re best friends forever. So if you’re a cat person that’s great and if not that’s also great. Landlord is ok with cats, I can ask about dogs but it’ll be smaller if they’re allowed.
