This property is a House Share with owner not occupying this fully furnished home with an ample 1700 sq. ft of common space. Bedroom can be leased furnished or unfurnished and is for one person who will share a bathroom. All utilities including WiFi is included along with monthly cleaning of the common space only. Redlands is a great town to explore and is within 1-2 hours of Southern California’s renowned beaches, mountains and deserts.

We own several rental properties that are leased to non profits and disabled servicing companies. One is currently an abused women’s shelter and the others house developmentally disabled adults. We respond quickly to our tenants needs and are pleased to provide housing that has a societal benefit.
