Nicole's room

I am looking for someone to sublease my room from March 28th through June(can go into July if needed). Rent is $655 a month plus utilities. The room is in a 4 bed, 2 bath, and 2 half bath apartment. About a 7 minute walk from Fred Meyer and 2 minutes from OSU campus. The room will be unfurnished and you share a bathroom with one other girl. I am looking for someone who is clean and nice, as my roommates are, and preferably someone who is female. There will be a cat living in the apartment but we prefer no other animals.

We get along well and like to be friends with each other. Doing runs to Dutch is a fun outing we like to do together. We are neat and clean and need whoever subleases to be clean as well.
