The room can be unfurnished or partially furnished (queen bed). There’s a built-in closet. Townhouse has in-unit W/D in unfinished basement, garbage disposal as well as a deck. There is also an eat-in kitchen and a ADT alarm system.

This townhouse is walking distance to Johns Hopkins Hospital, Kennedy Kreiger, Patterson Park, and more.

No pets, no smoking, no parties, no couples, no kids.

I will need: background check 2 paystubs and credit check security deposit due at lease signing
