There is an upstairs unit with a separate entrance. The laundry room (with in-house washer + dryer) & backyard is shared. There is also a storage space in a detached garage for additional storage. -This room has its own bathroom, closet, office, living area & kitchen. Fully furnished with queen bed, desk & stocked kitchen; counter-top oven, dual-burner induction stove, over-the-range microwave. Sheet pans, pans, pots, plates, and utensils come stocked. -1 month’s rent required as security deposit. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis and would likely require a $250 REFUNDABLE pet deposit. 9 month lease options available. Background and credit checks required for application. -Optional furniture: rug, TV stand, kitchen table/chairs, clothing rack, dresser/bed side table

My friend and I bought the house together and put a lot of love into it while living there. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and friendly. Because of the room-by-room rental, we are looking for considerate, clean, and respectful roomies. Most roomies work very hard and are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to come home to, so we would discourage anyone wanting to host others not on the lease (to be considerate to the other tenants) and would ask that quiet hours after 10pm be respected. There are three women that live upstairs and work full time. There are two (friendly) dogs that lives upstairs. To reiterate, this unit does not share any living space with the upstairs.
