Unfurnished room in the East End! 5 minutes from Shockoe, 10 from the airport, quiet neighborhood. Off street parking, but plenty of parking in front too. Upstairs has furnished guest room/bath room and downstairs room is currently used as an office but will be cleaned out for roommie! Looking to share the entire house, not just a room and definitely looking for a roommate to share the house with and occasionally socialize, i.e. chat, watch tv, etc. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Ok with cats and/or dogs, just note the back fence isn’t fully secured for a dog. Would rather not have a bunch of friends brought over all the time, but occasionally is ok! Definitely not a party house. There is an elderly cat, so any potential animals would need to get a long with cats.

Gainfully employed, shared home, but gone twice a month visiting partner. In my early 30s, hoping for someone similarly aged, but ok with any age so long as you are respectful, have employment and we generally get along! Definitely ok with animals that are well behaved. Kink and lgbt+ friendly. I am male presenting in public and femme in private. Hoping for roomies ok with that.
