East Jefferson Street

• 2 bed, 1 bath, with one room bigger and the other a bit smaller. I think whoever’s in the bigger room should pitch in a little more for bills, and I’m currently in the bigger room, but it’s negotiable to me.
• The living room area is pretty spacious compared to other college apartments.
• All the bills except electric and renter’s insurance are included in the rent. The rent itself will be $612.50 (half of $1,225).
• There’s a laundry room on site, but it’s not in unit.
• A great location for UI students, especially those who can’t drive. It’s about an 8 minute walk to MacBride Hall.
• I have a friendly cat named Bones! She doesn’t scratch or bite anything she’s not supposed to, but you’ve gotta be cool with living with a cat. Also, her cat tree is in front of the big living room window, and it’s gotta stay there.
• I have most of the communal things we’ll need like a decent couch, coffee table, and TV. Let me know if there are any big communal items you’d really want to bring and we can see if it’d fit! The pictures I have posted of the empty space are just from when I first moved in. To be clear, I’m already living here.

Hi, I’m Elle, I’m 20. I was a student at the University but I’m currently taking a gap year and working full time. In my free time, I like hanging out with my friends in person or online, watching shows, playing video games, and reading every now and then. I like being around people, but I’m pretty introverted. Messiness doesn’t bother me, but if it’s getting properly bad I’m gonna want us to clean. Otherwise, if a mess I made bothers you, just let me know and I’ll clean it up. I don’t mind drugs or alcohol, but they’re not my thing most of the time :)
