I am looking for a roommate to resign a 12-month lease for a 2 bed/ 1 bath in Dupont Circle. The building is called The Bond Apartments and it’s a convenient location not just for school but also for groceries and the social scene. It’s only a 8 min. walk to the Dupont Circle Metro station for the Red Line and a 10 min. walk to the Foggy Bottom-GWU stop for the Orange/Blue/Silver Lines. The building includes a gym and a concierge. Close walking distance to CVS, Trader Joes, Starbucks and much more!

I am 23 years old and have been in DC for about a year. I am a part time law student who works during the day and goes to school at George Washington University Law in the evenings. I am also pretty chill and clean. I would like to be friends with my roommate but also respect your space. In my free time I like to try new restaurants, play basketball, and watch new tv shows.
