Hi, Im Madison I currently rent this two-bedroom apartment, two-bathroom apartment. My current roomate will be leaving as early as June 15, and I am hoping to fill the room as early as then, but hopefully by July 1st. This will be a year lease where your half of the $2,700 rent will be $1600. This price is due to the room being substantially larger and having the ensuite bathroom. The room you will have is s 12x14. Additionally, there is garge parking, but only one spot. This has been left to the person with the larger room. Singles and couples are both welcome. Also, I have a small dog his name is Phil he is friendly with other animals, and thus pets are welcome.

You must pass a credit check by the leasing company.

My name is Madison and I brew beer in Mira Mesa so I do not work from home, so if you do that is fine. I am pretty easy going, but like I said I do have dog. So animal-friendly is a must! Please reach out with any questions
